Shipping + Returns
Standard Delivery: 6-8 days for delivery from design approval.
Express Delivery: 3-5 days for delivery from design approval.
Personalised prints: Allow a few days for the design process. I usually have the proof to you within 1-2 days, to see if you need any changes. Responding quickly helps me process your order as quickly as possible.
I'm located in Australia, so Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express.
Prints up to 12x16" are created in house, with larger prints and all canvases being produced by my archival art printers.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your delivery from design approval.

Where possible, I work with Archival Art Printers in your country to produce my designs, and ship directly to you. This means you often receive your order sooner, supports local business in your country, and helps keep our carbon foot print as small as possible.
All handmade cards, boards and embroidered pages are made by me, so will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

My digital version life saver option is available on all personalised prints. You can purchase them as a digital file, which you then have printed at your local print place. Once you approve your design, I send the final high resolution file to your email.
This is a great option for last minute gifts!
Returns & Exchanges
Although I hope it never happens, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me straight away! Email me a photo of the damage or incorrect product so I can work out the best way to help you. Depending on the situation, I will either replace the product, or refund your money at my discretion.
Please understand as a small business, I produce your prints to order, so there is no exchange for changing your mind.
Personalised items: I will send you a proof to carefully check that all details and spelling are exactly as you need them. I can't proceed with your order until you approve it, and once you do, refunds and exchanges no longer apply, except in the case of damage.
Sale items are sold as is, and cannot be returned.
